These terms cover your use of destasolutions.com and anything you buy through it, from Desta Digital Solutions. Using the site means you accept them.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are in US dollars and can change, but never after you've been charged.
- An order isn't confirmed until payment goes through. I may decline or cancel an order — if I do, you get a full refund.
- If a price or product description is obviously wrong, I'm allowed to correct it rather than honor the mistake.
The links you give me
You're responsible for the destination link on your cards, and you confirm you have the right to use it. I won't program a card to point at anything illegal, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. If a link you gave me stops working, that's outside my control — but tell me and I'll help.
Card designs
The card designs I sell carry third-party marks — Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp — used to show customers where a tap will take them. Those marks belong to their owners, not to me, and buying a card doesn't give you any rights in them. You're responsible for making sure your use of the cards follows those platforms' own guidelines, which includes not offering incentives for reviews.
Returns
Cards are made to order, so all sales are final. Replacements for defective or mis-programmed cards are covered on the Returns page.
Software and website projects
Project work is governed by the specific quote or agreement we sign for it. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.
What I don't promise
The cards work as described, and I'll make them right if they don't. But I can't promise a particular business result — how many reviews you get depends on your customers, not on me. To the extent the law allows, my liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Content and design on this site belong to Desta Digital Solutions. Don't copy it wholesale. I'll keep the site running but can't guarantee it's never down.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute belongs in the courts there.
