Desta Digital Solutions

Efficient delivery, fair pricing, and direct communication.

You work directly with me, not an account manager. I define the scope, provide a clear quote, and build the solution. Every project begins with a conversation about what your business truly needs, which is sometimes less than you expect.

AI & Automation

Follow-ups, reminders, and review requests that run themselves.

Automations I build

These are the automations I offer today. We can go through them together and decide which ones fit your business needs.

Missed-Call & New-Lead Follow-Up

When a call goes unanswered or a lead comes in through your website, the customer gets a text within seconds asking what they need. You get an alert with their answer.

Most people who can't reach a small business never call back. The job goes to whoever answers first, and a callback an hour later is already too late.

Best for: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Contracting, Salons, Auto shops

SMS Review Follow-Up

An hour after a customer checks out, they get a text with a direct link to your Google review page. You never have to ask in person.

Most happy customers mean to leave a review and forget. More reviews mean a better Google ranking, and a better ranking brings in customers who have never heard of you.

Best for: Any business

Review Monitoring & Response Alerts

New Google reviews reach you as they post, negative ones first, each with a suggested reply drafted for you to approve, edit, or throw out.

A bad review left sitting for a week does more damage than the review itself. Answering it quickly, and in your own voice, is what protects your reputation.

Best for: Any business

Quote & Estimate Follow-Up

After you send an estimate, follow-ups go out on a schedule you set, each one giving the customer a way to ask a question or book the work.

Estimates go out and then get forgotten. Warm leads go cold while you're on the next job.

Best for: Contractors, Landscapers, Cleaners, Detailing, Repair shops

Loyalty, Birthday & Anniversary Messages

Personalized birthday, anniversary, loyalty, and promotional messages send themselves from the customer information you already collect.

You have years of customer details sitting in a system that never uses them to bring anyone back through the door.

Best for: Restaurants, Florists, Salons, Boutiques

Online Booking & Appointment Reminders

Customers book from your website or your Google profile. A text reminder goes out 24 hours ahead and again an hour before, and a cancellation opens the slot back up automatically.

No-shows cost you the slot and the revenue. Calling to confirm every appointment costs you the afternoon.

Best for: Salons, Barbers, Dentists, Cleaners, Detailing

Waitlist & Table-Ready Texts

Guests join the waitlist by text and get a message the moment their table is ready, so nobody stands by the door holding a pager.

Walk-ins leave when the wait is unclear, and a crowded entryway makes the wait feel longer than it actually is.

Best for: Restaurants, Cafés

FAQ & Website Chat Assistant

Running on this site. That's Dez in the corner, so ask it anything.

A chat bubble on your site answers the questions customers actually ask: hours, location, pricing, availability. Anything it can't answer is sent to you by text or email.

Visitors leave when they can't find a basic answer in a few seconds. You also stop answering “what time do you close?” five times a day.

Best for: Restaurants, Salons, Retail, Service businesses

Website Lead Qualification

Your inquiry form collects job type, location, timeline, budget, and contact details before the lead ever reaches you.

Half-finished inquiries cost you a round of back-and-forth before you can tell whether the job is even a fit.

Best for: Home services, Real estate, Professional services

Owner Daily Summary

One message a day with your new leads, bookings, payments, reviews, and anything waiting on an answer.

What you need to run the day is scattered across texts, email, form notifications, a calendar, and a spreadsheet.

Best for: Any business

Payment & Invoice Reminders

Reminders go out before an invoice is due and keep going after, until it is paid.

Chasing unpaid invoices is unpaid work, and it is the reason money shows up late.

Best for: Contractors, Agencies, B2B services, Repair shops

Digital Tools

Custom tools designed around the way your business already operates.

What's included

  • Internal tools and dashboards
  • Inventory, scheduling, and job tracking
  • Integrations between systems you already pay for
  • Data cleanup and reporting

05

Customer Loyalty Programs

Customer accounts, points, and rewards built into your website or app.

What's included

  • Customer accounts and sign-in on your site or app
  • Points and tiers that track automatically with every order
  • Rewards, referrals, and birthday offers that send themselves
  • First-time offers and promo codes to incentivize new customers to try your services

How pricing works

Every project is different, so I don't use fixed packages. After we discuss your needs, I define the scope and provide a fixed price before any work begins, so there are no unexpected costs. If your budget doesn't align with the project, I will tell you up front and recommend how to adjust the scope.

BL Braiding & Beauty Supply

A new website for a Richfield braiding salon and beauty supply: services and prices, the products on its shelves, a photo gallery, FAQ, directions, and online booking through the shop's Booksy page. Smooth scrolling and motion throughout, and it works as well on a phone as on a laptop. Now in preview ahead of launch.

This website, and the store behind it

Built from scratch, including the parts a storefront usually pays a platform for. Orders price themselves through graduated quantity brackets, so a bigger order costs less per card without anyone doing arithmetic. Free local delivery is checked against real ZIP code radii instead of the honour system. Stripe takes the payment, and a completed order writes itself into a spreadsheet and subtracts what sold from stock, so nothing gets quietly sold twice. Enquiries and reviews arrive in my inbox. Every business card order also generates its own contact page and QR code from a single file.

Dez, the assistant on this site

A website assistant that answers customer questions about pricing, delivery, and how the cards work. It reads from the same single source of content as the rest of the site, so it cannot contradict the pages around it, and anything it cannot answer is emailed to me with the visitor's details rather than becoming a lost customer.

Running on this site. Open the Dez bubble in the corner and ask it anything.
