All sales are final

Every card is programmed to your specific link before it ships, which makes it useless to anyone else. For that reason I don't offer returns or refunds on NFC card orders once they've been placed.

If something's wrong, tell me

“Final sale” doesn't mean you're stuck with a card that doesn't work. If a card arrives damaged, was programmed to the wrong link, or stops working, email markose@destasolutions.com or call (612) 222-1881 and I'll replace it at no charge. I'd rather fix it than have you tell people it didn't work.

Changing your link

Your card points at a link you control, so in most cases you can change where it goes without a new card. Update the page or redirect at your end. If you need the tag itself reprogrammed, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Order changes

Caught a typo in your details right after ordering? Contact me as soon as you can. If I haven't programmed the cards yet, changes are no problem.

Delivery times

• Orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase.
• If your design is in stock, delivery can be as soon as the next day.
• Free local delivery in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud Area.
• Free national shipping on orders over $75; $6 flat rate below that.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If something is running late, I'll tell you rather than leave you wondering.

Digital tools and website work

Project work is quoted and scoped before it starts, and payment terms are set out in that quote rather than here.

Before work begins, we agree on what the project needs to accomplish, and that is written into the quote. If the finished work doesn't do what we agreed on, I'll work to make it right. If I am unable to do so, you don't pay for it. I would rather walk away from a project than take money for something that didn't do the job. This covers the websites, apps, automations, and tools I build. Cards are a separate case, and the final sale and free replacement terms above are what apply to them.
